As for budget:
Average of $4000 a month would be good.
- rent $2000-2500
- transport $110-200
- food $600-1200
- entertainment $300-1200
- insurance $50-100
- utilities $40-80
- TV/internet $80-120Capital cost $1000-3000 (bed / tv / desk / misc)
