as girly as it sounds, start yoga... go to some group classes. Working out helped me, but without stretching and yoga, you can easily get more tight. It's a good work out, and in a class, you have to concentrate, so you don't have to think about work. My back used to hurt a lot (and my neck even more). As long as I do working out, and even yoga once a week, it helps a lot.
