I did some research on mice, mouses, whatever you call 'em a few months ago when I needed a new one.

That above Logitech mouse is the one I really wanted but I couldn't justify the $99 price tag at the time.

For me it's all about the shape of the mouse and how it feels in my hand. I need a mouse with the groove for my thumb on the side, or at least I feel like I do since I've had a mouse like that for years.

In the end I cheaped out and bought the Logitech M705. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mi…

Still a good mouse though the smooth scrolling takes a little getting used to and sometimes it scrolls at unwanted times because it's so sensitive.

I'm going to eventually buy the performance mouse when I see a good deal on it.

    • had this one, it was a good mouse. buttons feel quality, thought he scroll wheel detentes are a bit annoyoingmonNom
    • "the shape of the mouse and how it feels in my hand" this applies to pretty much all things.poo_haikus
