no bevel effect, gradients, orange/green.... and no buttons. seriously choose some better colors. Think one neutral with one highlight color, technology appropriate.
since your "logo" isn't doing anything for you just use a bold sans serif font, use the same for the type that is in the buttons now. If your logo looks like cheap crap then people will assume the product is too or just think its really ugly. simple type is much better. Make it really big if your afraid it won't have enough emphasis
I like the interface ok, but visually you should simplify it as much as possible...
seems like a huge disconnect that your product is for ipad/phone developers or people who want to make stuff for them but visually your not even close to an apple type vibe. Think about your design being a part of that world rather than trying to create your own.
