"At 50-60+ feet and running away there is no way the agent was aiming for his head. His heart rate is probably elevated, running on adrenaline, holding one of the immigrants down shooting at him after he threw a rock. I don't justify it but I doubt he was aiming for the head. Also I doubt at that distance he could instantly tell the kid was in fact 15, and not older "

There seems to be a bit of a conflicting report. While watching the video posted in the first post look at the video still below...
With all that I said above, a stone was just thrown at you and now you see a person (pictured in the upper left hand corner of the image) with his right arm at his side, left arm extended pointing at you... again, what do you do?
