http://www.wonderfile.com/I prefer it to dropbox, you can tag files, then share the tag so individual files OR groups of files can be shared. You can also assign password and expiration dates to the share.
Since its tag based you can also easily find your files, they are pre-viewable and indexed by content and filename.
