i find it remarkable how much talent is worth in the design world.
there's this woman in my office who i fucking hate; i can't stand what she wears, how she laughs, her stupid little mannerisms. her work is really good though, so i treat her with a lot of respect.
i come in late, high, leave early, drink during lunch, and generally make uncouth jokes and act obnoxious for my own amusement. people let me do whatever i want because they know i deliver.
