It's typically a fast turnover industry in terms of stay rate, been this way for maybe 20 years—give or take. I think rapid job turnover (2–3 years) is more common in firms and agencies on the coasts than it is in the Midwest and south-central areas. People tend to hold onto jobs a bit longer around here. There's less transience in general.
