  The building is from the 60s 70s. They tried to modernize the place but made it more industrial minimalistic. The theme does not carry as different materials and shapes conform with the over all interior design along with forced furniture.

  Most of these furnitures are not practical as they would rarely get used in common areas. It does provide airy feel to it but with out function or relevance to the holistic design, it achieves nothing.
