I went out with a woman for 7 years in my 20's, almost married her and am fucking glad I didn't. Would have never worked. I still talk to her and love her to death, but we just weren't compatible.
Since then I have realized I am not marriage material. I think other people's kids are awesome but really have no interest in having any of my own.
