    epson has the paper supplies (2 dozen compared to canon's dozen) and may have some more gimmicky toys. their print quality is arguably better on the canon, but many argue it

    there is talk that the epson is more of an ink hog. but i heard that all pigment-0based printers need to be run so they don't dry up. epson has a MUCH bigger paper selection, but Ilford has some good papers for cannon pending icc profile updates.

    epson used to be able to print on cds, which only the european version of the canon could do that.

    pay more and get the epson r2400, and epson wins and begins to pull ahead.
