Be aware that gang colours work a bit different here. If you see someone wearing a red or blue bandana, they are a panhandler.
"West Beach" and "Lulu Lemon" are the gang-banger's gear of choice. Be especially careful around yoga clothes paired with black rimmed glasses... This person has an AK-47 and a grow-op.
