Here's my big offer for you: make an illustrator doc the same size as the InDesign template spread. Put all your various ai elements on it exactly how you want (basically use this as your layout doc).
Save and send me that illustrator doc, and I'll recreate it in InDesign for you (I'll email you a picture to make sure I didn't fuck anything up). Then also, email me the text parts and I'll drop it in there for you.
How about that?
