^ Gramme, I appreciate your interest in the production aspect of the book. In regards to printing, we're still looking at various of options with a handful of printers. This will also affect timeline, so I can't give you any specific dates at the moment.
Here's what I can tell you. In light of Patrick's constantly worsening condition, everyone involved is working hard to make the production happen as fast as logistically possible. Also, Robert Klanten (from Die Gestalten) is involved with the production. If you look at his resumé of published books, I hope you'll feel confident that the quality in execution of this book is in fairly good hands.
