I'd say both, with the job market heavily taking advantage of what programming I do know. I'd say I'm about 70%/30% right now, slanted toward design...
...but I'm building a full CMS in ASP or PHP (client needs to decide quickly) that will serve as a great wake-up call for my programming skills. Of course, I've been lucky enough to also design all the interfaces so I'm pretty full-circle.
