  ^ Yeah I grew up in utah and skied competitively for about 12 years, I had a few minor injuries, the worst of which was a hyperextension fracture of my elbow. But NOTHING so bad as breaking my back and pelvis a year+ ago. That is the closest to death you can feel. it was really tough. Im just discouraged cause I get back on my board this season, and the first half is going great, and now Im out again for the rest of the season with surgery again to come.
  Maybe I will get back on the planks
