Most studios, agencies... etc, are fully aware of when new batches of students graduate and typically will bombard them with resumes.
My advise is to not be 'over-the-top-creatively-annoyin... in an attempt to stand out from everyone else. Be chill. Trust that people at good places quickly will know if your work is fresh.
Also, do some research about the places you approach. Everyone loves to be complimented on work they've done, while it shows you have some level of knowledge and passion for the particular place.
Most of all, don't ever offer up the 'jack of all trades' approach in trying to get your foot in the door by any means necessary. Nothing is a clearer signal of mediocracy than someone who isn't professionally focused (imo).

    Good luck.
