my stockbroker has a complex confluence of moving averages he watches... when the lines converge in a certain way, it is supposedly (historically) a good time to buy... right now I'm all in cash, and he hasn't suggested otherwise yet
but that only works if you are on Obama supporter. McCain supporters are doomed to an eternal financial hell
