i do have to say that in 10 years of experience i had a harder time getting taken seriously by men in some instances. they respected me, they hired me and listened to me 90% of the time, but when a difficult decision had to be made they ultimately seemed to defer to men. many times they made the wrong decision and admitted it after-the-fact.
- I concur or else they do what I said to do and don't remember it was my idea/decision and claim it as their own!redant
