  But in all honesty with my 10years plus in this industry i have noticed something. Men bosses are usually a lot more cooler and relaxed... when women bosses are usually try to be over organized over bossy and over anal... i thik that it is because the "man's world" complex that they have in their head they try to over achive and show that they can be as efficient and even a better boss than a man ever can... As when men usually are more lax and concentrate more on the job than all those other ideas

  • I agree calles, the 2 woman bosses i've worked for have been totally nuts. men bosses are way cooler. and don't take there once a month thing out on you...klipklap
