    I am in holland, but thanks for the input joyride.
    like it said earlier I know 99.99% sure who the fuc*er is.
    BUT I just need to be 100%!!! sure that his hostname/IP matches his physical address. All I am getting now is the address of his host. I might drop them a line.

    this is actually fun.... I feel like sherlock holmes tracking the fuc*er down.
