My brother punched me in the face when I was a kid and killed the nerve in my left front tooth. He punched me a lot as a child, but that was a good one, I still remember it because he actually wasn't trying to hit me menacingly ... or at least I think. But sure enough ... until it fell out ... years later ... I had a black (more grey now that I remember it) tooth.

Years later? Probably not, it was a baby tooth, but I think the reason I smile so much all the time is that I don't have a black tooth anymore.

I got suckered punched by some kid a few years ago when he tried to jump me and I had to go to the dentist after a few days as it hurt to bite into things ... they had to rip the nerve out of it, haha.

Same tooth position, haha. They said it may eventually turn black again and they could colour it back, but it's actually been fine. Or if they left the nerve in it would. I forget.

That was the only time I was at a dentist since I was like in grade school (or since), and they were just amazed I never had braces or anything as my teeth are a 10 on my right side and 9 on my left.

    :D

    • my brother had a similar thing happen - it was just a shade darker than the other teethbulletfactory

    • Actually the reason I remember it is because he wouldn't give me Oatmeal back. And punched me with him.

    • I think in his logic he thought he could punch me as hard as he could since he was hitting me with a, "Teddy Bear."
