I have Sennheiser HD270's which are good but bit more than you want to spend.
I actually prefer my Audio-Technica ATH-PRO5MS. They are US$80. They sound good at low volume and are very efficient so when you use them with ipod etc they go loud and don't drain the battery as much as my Sennheisers.
