    I play in an in-line hockey league (yes technically that makes me a rollerblader...but ice time is expensive and hard to come by in California).

    I think all the expensive sticks are overrated. I've tried a few of them that belong to other people on my team and honestly I like the wooden ones better. I just use the cheap ones I can get at the sports store for about $20 apiece. We don't have much of a selection because not many people play in my area so its more of a take what you can get kind of deal. And since I'm not very good I can't justify mail-ordering special equipment.
