By my standards it's too wide.
You should either make it fluid to 780px or <= 780px strict.
If this was an artsy site catering to more techy people I could see stretching it to 1024px but it isnt. This site caters to an older, less "techy" crowd which I'm willing to bet has about 10-15% users with 800px resolution.
Just my opinion.
- Good point. But since September, only 199 out of 1448 have 800x600. All are greater. Tx tho.jaylarson
