    I lost close to 40lbs by just running 4 miles 3x a week, strength training 3x a week, and by vastly limiting the amount of soda, junk food, and fast food I consume. I ate anything I wanted, so long as it didn't come from a drive thru and wasn't mostly sugar. A little effort is all it takes to see a difference, but the exercise is the key!

    • then ride a bike, eliptical machine, stair-stepper. you just need to keep your heart rate up for at least 30 min/daylvl_13
