Who cares, I don't really think it's a threat to many people.
There are more than enough free branding templates out there for people who look on google.
The only difference being these are slightly better than most but it's not a bespoke design for your company, just another generic template set to add to the pile.
If someone is going to go down this route, you're better off not doing business with them anyway.
