    sounds like "joyride" fo shó!...happened to me many moons ago too.
    we come out of a party to "reload" at my car: we had beer, a boombox, smokes and who knows what!.. a definite party on wheels/jackpot/joyride guaranteed type o car.. it took me a couple minutes to realize what was really happening!! what a reality check! LOL!

    we walked from the party to the road and hitched a ride.
    what a joy that was..!
    a week later, we found it with the guts all tore up..it sucked. technically my moms car...ooops!

    *laughing now... not then. : p
