    Rethink that photo. None of those clocks would work in that setting.

    Type selection for the tagline needs to be reconsidered, those faces don't jive at all. maybe make 'time' stand out with a different colour. also, I think you're missing a comma, and ditch the exclaimation mark.

    as for the products, they look really catalogue-y, which may or may not be a good thing depending on what this is for. I'd try a single column on the outside edge to give the photo some visibility. solid colour too, that opacity looks bad.

    also, whatever image you select, may sure there's some open space for your tagline and logo, there's way to much contrast behind them currently.
