i like the second row first one (so number 3 i guess) a lot. looks very nice.
that said, it totally gives a feel of "your good guy garage install man" and if this is not the clients target audience...ie. what some have stated above (more of an industrial building client target audience) then it def. needs to be reworked.
i should have read your whole post. sorry. but if my gut feeling on your audience is correct, then you def. got a winner with #3!
