350D is a great camera. I have one and absolutely love it. I really don't desire anything more except maybe a faster FPS, and even that I don't really need.
As others have said, the 20D and 30D have better features, but I don't think the actual images they produce will be of such a better quality as to make them worth it. In my opinion the 20D would be spending extra money on features I don't really need. I'd rather use that money to buy some nice lenses.
For those who cite construction differences between 350D and 20D...I actually prefer the 350D because its smaller and more lightweight. Yes, maybe that means its not as durable, but it IS more portable, and that more me means more pictures taken.
