Come off it, the best fighting force on the planet?! Alright, they're probably better than the Italian army but lets be fair, that's not saying much.
This is a fighting force with all the weapons, a huge standing army of men, immense technological advantage over anyone they've fought in decades yet they're still getting bogged down wherever they go and shooting down their allies on an alarmingly regular basis.
The war is a mess, it was always going to be and will continue to be.
