Like others have said...resume should be grayscale only!!
You never know who's going to copy/print/fax it to who.
I have told this story on here before...but after working really hard on a nice color resume, the HR lady made a photocopy to hand to the CD when I went in to interview with him. It looked like shite! Very unprofessional on my part!
