    Meditation has its bennies that's for sure. It has really helped me conbat things such as ADHD and stuff. Furthermore, it has modified my ability to concentrate despite external circumstances. Find a good teacher, and this may take a while, then bail and go on yr own. Eckhart Tolle is a good source as is Swami Veda Bharati. They won't teach you the flash and dance like TM. But peeps seeking powers (sidhis) never get IT anyway.

    The best way to see the results is to do it at a set time each day, preferrably AM and PM. I can't really meditate much in the morning as I have a tendency to fall back asleep.
