    Their customer service is top notch for a hosting company. I called in and was speaking with a representative within a minute the other night.

    Aboslutely unheard of for other hosting companies.

    Also, their downtime is very minimal and they always send you a report with the details afterwards.

    My opinion: Its worth the extra couple bucks a month to pay for something good and reliable. I mean, this stuff is supposed to be our job right?
