  My Roles:
  Concept, design, pitch/meetings, dealing with suppliers, directing contractors/juniors, technical support for production team.

  Work: Web, ID, print, motion, special projects mark-up/scripting.

  Salary: 50k

  however, senior can mean a ton of different things.. I worked in an art department where the senior designer was a technical lead and never actually designed anything.
