that's a great way to lose your job...
businesses are not anarcho-syndicalist collectives... they're dictatorships.
when employees try to 'overthrow' the management, they get fired, and replaced... it's just that easy.
I know if my employees tried to tell me i wasn't boss anymore they'd be out on their asses. especially with all the excellent talent currently looking for work.
