spicy steak marinades

    haha. im always hungry too man. the only thing that really satisfies my hunger lately is spicy tuna makis.

    anyways, if you're interested here's the marinade i ended up going with:

    4 teaspoons whole peppercorns
    1/2 cup bottled steak sauce (i used heinz 57 steak sauce)
    2 tablespoons dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon salt

    then i added lemon juice and worcestershire sauce as well as some 4 peppercorn steak spice and some extra peppercorns to give the marinade a nice textured look.

    i also added 2 cloves minced garlic and 3 chopped green onions.
