Jack, I'll tell you how much my rent is if you tell me where your applying ;)
Actually the rent is more here that my old live work but I was there for 8 years with only one rent increase.
$1025 for a two bedroom split level duplex. Wages are pretty low in comparison to the bay area. Most jobs want to pay $20/hr for pretty technical jobs. Bring some clients with you from cali.
