A very thorough post. Unfortunately, I cannot reply in kind due to time issues.
But although I don't dispute the numbers you've quoted, nor the sentiment throughout Iraqi for the Coalition to go, but the facts are: The elected government has not asked them to...yet, and wide areas of Iraq are not in full revolt...yet, and btw, the question in the poll was, in my opinion: not whether the Coalition should leave immediately as you and your friends would like but should eventually leave the country and not stay indefinitely. So I believe you were being a bit disingenuous in that post.
