Women are great at answering telephones, decorating stuff and PR.
Other than that they are kinda sucky.

The seem to make things look pretty but I agree they can not design. Just my opinion - I haven't seen anything in this thread to prove otherwise.

women designers are a totally different breed.
Ive worked with the best in this business and I can honestly say that the emotional roller coaster that a woman will put you through Vs the step up and kick ass a man will deliver in a real tight deadline makes me lean towards men being better in the crunch, however women are more thought out, have a wider scope of vision, better range and more human qualities in their designs. There is definitely a difference.

This is where I work, and it's a woman-owned business. My boss is a very good designer. I see no gender boundaries in terms of design abilities. What an ass-hat of a notion!
