Ive noticed that there are very few girl designers in this industry. When there are they seem to be very below standard.
We have one the agency I'm in and she, well sucks (and not in a good way ;)). Anyone not agree and can name any decent female designers?

All the female designers I've worked with have been very good – far more hard working and studious. It is a shame there isn't more of them in the industry. Short of great creative Directors except the obvious ones....

imo, women are a bit smarter and either don't bother at all, or get in and do the actual creative stuff, and leave the mindless drudgery to idiot males.
