Ive noticed that there are very few girl designers in this industry. When there are they seem to be very below standard.
We have one the agency I'm in and she, well sucks (and not in a good way ;)). Anyone not agree and can name any decent female designers?

I can't see any of your work so can't tell what industry you are in but I know many good female designers.
I'm a good designer and I'm not / don't have a dick like yourself.
