DAMN. so much trash talk. All I can say is that I was using a PC for about 5 yrs for design, then I had to upgrade & I switched to a Mac. I will NEVER go back to PCs & it has nothing to do with Steve Jobs or the Apple "cult". I don't give a crap about the brand or the hype. I find that designing on my Mac is 100x more efficient and enjoyable than on any PC I've ever used, and on any Windows platform I have ever worked on. That's the bottom line. If it was Gates making Macs I would still use them. I don't care how they look on the exterior (although it's nice), all I care is the work flow, which from experience I find to be much better on Mac OS X. Unlike my old PCs (I had 3 of them) my Mac just works. no crashes (EVER), no Viruses, no Spyware. That's the bottom line.

My PCs have never crashed and have no viruses.
That being said, I can see where you are coming from THA, and that's probably the reason why I am switching to a Mac. But I'm still using a PC for certain things.

How are adobe apps any different, no matter what platform you use. I fail to see how workflow could be increased using either.
