phew? ya buggers just made me spent ages searching.
So here goes:mrdobolina - close friend of mine -Helen weathers, quite a respected journalist, wrote a piece on the 22th march looking into the background of Terri.
At 4.30am on 25th Feb 1990, michael schiavo claims in his statement that he heard 'a thud'. Leaving his bed to find his wife lying face down on the floor. The paramedics on the scene witnessed her 'making gurgling' sounds, with her hands around her neck. Doctors concluded it was a result of a heart attack, caused by a patassium imbalance which in court mr schiavo put down to her bulimia. He subsequently sued doctors $1.2 million for failing to diagnose her condition (1992). Kona was correct in saying the money (was later its claimed, to of been offered $1million by Terri's family & supporters to 'just go away')soon ran out in therapy and rehabilition and in june 1993 mr schiavo started the 'right to die' case with George Felos. 1998 is in which he took this case to state courts, which 2 agreed with him.
In 2003, recent allegations of persistent abuse by mr schiavo and the fact that terri had made plans for divorce, came to light. Former Chief Medical Examiner for New York City - Michael Baden pointed out that a bone scan taken in 1991 shows positive proof of head trauma and bone injuries which where the more specific reason the cause of the original brain damage.
Medical reports also indicated that she was admitted with a 'rigid neck' which doctors described as a consistent and very common occurence of attempted strangulation. Mr schiavo accuses the schindlers of making up allegations to get their hands on his compensation. As this has already run out seems a little pointless. So whether or not that bulimia weakened her bones, or the head trauma and bone damage can be put down to accidents is up for discussion.
All the facts are real and are not bullshit as commented on before, they can be found if you can be actually bothered to look through the courts and read the documents and medical records.;)

all respect.
but the parents are selfish bastards.
a friend of mine also got in coma and was brain dead, his arents understood to give his freedom by letting him die,a life in a hospital with just a shell...what a disgrace that parents can do that to their children.what a disgrace to the person you were, what a selfish act to cling on to someone who is already gone, and let them live a life in the shadows just because you(the parents) can nurter them.bravo for mr schiavo, for having the guts and the love to let his wife go....
my 2cents.
let the comments come.

I stand by my statement, if this were true, the media would have eaten it up.

I was reading an article about Terri on Yahoo yesterday so I decided to post a message. I said if someone belives in god and heaven wouldn't she be in a better place if she just passed away? How we really shouldn't fear death and all... Apparently it pissed of alot of people which felt I should go kill myself and as someone put it "shove my head up my ass and suffocate". I thought that was pretty funny...

who's Terri Schiavo?
- tank0
correction.who was terry schiavo
- superbaka0
heh.. yeah whats funny is her parents called the people who let her die "murderers" but also said terri's death was "gods will". aren't people who do god's will good, and people who don't do his will evil? make up yer minds!

idd

god's will was for her to die 15 years ago, otherwise she wouldnt have had a feeding tube.

mr doboline thats very stubborn of you. Court's work in mysterious ways not all information in the legal system is printed in the press, especially if it doesn't add to their arguements. The papers issue isn't with why but they are more interested in bush's intervention etc.
I try not to believe what is put directly in front of me. If you still don't think any of this is true you can always look through the statements and medical records yourself. I have already supplied names above...

look made, the parents had the president with them,if anyone can dig up dirt, its his vultures.

One part that stuck out was when the protestors were saying "who are we to play god" and then kyle or someone said "you played god when you put the tube in her stomach". While I know it is a cartoon and a comedy, it was a valid point.
