I just got my first film back and the whole film is overexposed... Hmmmmm. Not sure what to do, I mean some of the shots I took were in pubs and stuff so would blatantly not be overexposed, if anything they'd be underexposed.

I've heard that they leak light (I've got a Holga) does anyone tape them up after they've loaded their film?

So I have abit of a dilema and you wonderful guys at QBN are always brim-choca-full of good advice and booby pictures so I thought I would see what you have to say about the situation I find myself in.

I left my job 2 years ago for another job, same sector (annual reports). I hated my new job. I left my new job after a year and went back to my old place on maternity cover for 6 months. They say they want to give me a full-time job, I want a full-time job because I'm sh*t scared about what's happening out there at the moment.

It's now 8pm on Friday evening. I'm the only one here, everyone else has left, I've been in early all week and stayed late all week and I feel like they're just taking the piss out of me.

But I don't know what to do! Do I give them a deadline? ie give me a contract by end of [insert month] do I carry on playing dutiful employee whilst people just take advantage.... or do I tell them to poke it (have nothing else lined up)

Overdue invoice – advice needed! Oct 2, 08, 2:35 a.m.

I'm in abit of a quandry and need some advice guys. I've done some work with a company who I know quite well, they've generally been pretty good and paid on time but for the past 3 invoices they've been abit pants at paying.

I've now got an outstanding invoice that is now 10 weeks overdue, I've got abit stroppy on the phone to the lady in accounts, sent numerous emails etc and nothing. Not sure what to do.

I've not threatened anything legal yet and don't really want to go down that path but what other options do I have? Never been in this situation before.

Anyone else been here before? Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I just heard that WPP have been involved in the advertising campaign for Mugabe in Zimbabwe. Part of me is shocked but part of me isn't surprised in the least. All these huge multi-national companies are shouting about the whole CSR environmental thing and actually they don't give a shit. I work for a WPP company and frankly I'm disgusted.
