"Hey, You guys gave us some screen grabs last year that were awesome. We are working on making a better presentation in our catalog. Do you have the higher-res images then the 72 DPI that we received last year."

boss' kid Mar 13, 08, 4:18 p.m.
so i started a new job this week at a real small firm, working part time there, need $...
today i came into my work station and there was food, juice boxes, and some of my stuff (little things, just started so haven't moved in'stuff') strewn about. upon talking to my superior (not the boss) about it he mention, the boss often lets a 7 yr old daughter play games games on it, and that it happens and that it probably won't change, and shouldn't mention it. After checking there are a shit load of games, she was logged in as an admin, didn't log out and there are ton of pop ups everywhere. How concerned should i be... right off im kinda pissed my keyboard has shit in it... and in the future it will def slow down my productivity with kids game junking up a work station perhaps even data loss...it all seems very unprofessional imo. am i overreacting? thanks for reading that...any suggestions? cheers.

Left/lost my scarf at the pub last night. I'm really missing it today. Any suggestions on where to pick up a nice new one?
YouTube snake game Jul 29, 10, 6:19 a.m.
Maybe I missed it before but -- Pause a video. Hold up & left arrow on your keyboard. The loading circle becomes a snake and you play the snake game. Useless but entertaining for a little.

Variance glyph Nov 24, 08, 7:57 a.m.
having a block on monday morning...trying to think of some sort of glyph/icon to represent 'variance' or 'dynamic content'..
for example if certain content is dynamically changing there would be an icon next to it to represent that vs. static content... all i can think of is a lock...locked and unlocked...
any ideas appreciated, cheers!

Time Warner Bandwidth Cap Apr 2, 09, 9:01 a.m.
Time Warner pulling a not so april fools joke yesterday announcing expanded test bed areas for bandwidth tiered payment plans. $54 for a 40GB per/month with overage charges of $1GB. I'm thinking ; download a few television shows, some music, visit the pic of the day thread... overages would start to pile up?
Some good points here...
