I see there are a lot of workarounds for ActiveX for Flash, but I'm not sure which is best?

Does anybody have a better solution than the thread I found here on this? Simple fix preferred.

My render files are all over the place (*learning curve!) and I'd like a clean start.

Q: If I delete render files for a specific project but wish to access the project in the future, can i re-render the project to its present state down the line, or is all lost? I don't want to lose any past work but need to free up disk space!

I always thought you need log files to know that?

I'm trying to pull 24p footage down with timecode and using Capture Now...for whatever reason, it keeps running through the entire tape, but only captures 7-10 minutes of 45 each time? Anyone got advice to get the whole thing captured before i stretch out the tapes trying?
