I'm working on a website project that has to be completed really fast. Here is the layout that I have completed so far:

I do need some help with it though. The center button of the navigation "How We Work" is going to be the highlighted MouseOver, and I'm wondering what would be the best way to create a navigation menu like this? CSS, Javascript or Flash? If anyone knows of somewhere I can get some code to do this I would really appreciate the help.

I haven't been around, but I've been reading.

I need to see if someone has some Indesign CS4 skills and wouldn't mind helping me with a question.

I have a project for a Medical Group. We are creating a Thoracic Surgeon Directory Book.

I have all the Doctor's information on an Excel spreadsheet, and I'm using the Data merge function to import the data on to the design that I have created.

My problem now is, they want the book to be on 17x11 (Landscape) paper.

The paper will be folded in the center, so the front of each page will have 2 pages, and 2 on the back (4 pages per 1 piece of paper)

So if I use data merge to import the data my data will not be in the correct order once I fold all the pages and saddle stitch the booklets.

If anyone has any ideas as to how to do this, I would really appreciate the help.

So for those of you who remember this Elephant Project I was working on... I think I'm finally to the point that the CLIENT wants. I'm not to happy with the turn out of it but they think it's amazing, so whatever. I'm just happy to be working in design in any way, and enjoying the learning process.

I shot photos for a Cousin's High School Graduation Ceremony on Friday night.

My Cousin's mom would now like me to create a Slide Show video with the pictures I took.

I normally charge $300.00 for creating a video like this, but she is assuming that I will do this for free. I have done work with her in the past and was paid for it.

Should I make the video for her for Free or charge her?

I'm in the final stages of the site that everyone disliked. I know that everyone doesn't like it, but I really need some help with the CONTACT FORM.

I don't know how to have the submit button send an email with the form information to an email address that the client wants me to set up.

Can someone please help me with this?

I just spoke with GoDaddy and they offer this service, but they said it would be $80.00 for 2 years.

So I built a contact form for a client where the user will fill out the form and upload their resume to apply for a job.

The PDF resumes go to an "uploads" directory on my server.

Now I'm trying to figure out the best way for my client to access/download the resumes that are uploaded.

I was thinking that I could try and see if I could have a folder on my desktop (mac) that would sync up with the folder/directory on the server. But I don't know if this is possible or the best way.

Any suggestions?

So I was contacted by the President of a Ducati dealership with a problem I couldn't answer.

He said that there is another website that is kinda on the porn side of things. It's called Off Da Chain Magazine.

So off da chain posted a blog and linked to the Ducati dealerships website, and now when you search Google for Newport Beach Ducati, Off Da Chain Magazine's post is on the list of search results.

Does anyone know of a way that the Ducati dealership could protest or something to have that link removed?

The president was telling me it's not a HUGE deal, but it is kinda a "smutty" site, and he doesn't think it will help their website.

Hope I explained this ok.

I'm going to be getting a new MAC for my office, and I will still need to be running some windows applications for work.

I'm wondering which of the programs works best for running Windows on a MAC.

I know of the major ones (bootcamp, parallels and VMware Fusion)
