Hi, so I'm looking for this video. I think it was posted here originally. Some guy made a YouTube video showing his photographic work. Basically he had some prints and he was flipping through them. The camera was above his head. Also at the beginning there was some timelapse when he was arranging the space on the table. Putting some stencils etc...Any ideas what I'm talking about? Thanks.

So I'm designing a report where recipient will have to answer some questions and add some comments. I'm looking for a clean, nice looking way to represent the empty fields where his hand written notes will go. Something like:

except I'm after something more visually appealing than MS Office dots style. Any examples anyone? Thanks a lot.
