Stitch generates UIs for mobile and web applications.
Tried Google Stitch and was honestly impressed. A bit overwhelming at times, but I see where it's going. It even made me wonder whether I still need Figma. I just wish it weren’t a Google product and had come from a small team instead.

It sucked though when I asked to make a separate section for 2026 Mugs

Most AI in this field is limited to quick ideation for generic screens and uninspired designs.
One specific feature I am experimenting is the Guidelines.md where you control (in theory) the design system and overall rules.

it is pretty good, I exported a demo app to Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com/) and it's published in less than 10 minutes.

There's some potential. I'm getting some really generic results despite providing sketches which it doesn't seem to understand as well as let's say only using Nano Banana Pro.
Some examples I've seen from people online are much better. Need to look into more though and what they're doing exactly to get satisfying results.
But what I think is really powerful is the export tool, especially copy-paste to Figma which it does really well and neatly done.
- presented it to the team this morning and literally said the same thing. copy-and-paste to Figma was a massive selling pointscruffics
